How can I get my Cadet365 Login Information?
Please come visit the Admin Office on a training night, or speak with your chain of command.
I forgot my Cadet365 password, what do I do?
You can try to reset your password by visiting aka.ms/sspr. Alternatively, you can visit the Admin Office on a training night to request a password reset. (please note that we are unable to reset your password instantly. requests from the admin office go to RCSU Pacific IT)
My uniform no longer fits / Can I wear my uniform if I don’t have all the parts?
No, wearing of any incomplete order of dress is not authorized. Please reach out to the supply officer or email the squadron inbox.
I can’t make an event or training night, what do I do?
Please reach out to your respective chain of command (Flight Commander for training nights, or Syndicate IC for events/FTX), and fill out the absence form here:
How can I get promoted?
Your best resource will undoubtedly be your fellow cadets and mentors (usually senior NCOs), they will be more than happy to guide you. The official promotion policy can be found here, or reach out to your training officers for assistance.
